Marxist Politics The Fate of the Bourgeoisie
Marxist-Leninist politics explicitly calls for the proletariat to suppress the bourgeoisie by violence and force. Lenin writes, The state is a special organization of force . . . an organization of violence for the suppression of some class. What class must the proletariat suppress? The exploiting class, i.e., the bourgeoisie.1
Marxist Politics Confiscation of Property
In a similar vein, Lenin says, We must crush [the bourgeoisie] in order to free humanity from wage-slavery; their resistance must be broken by force.2 In addition, the dictatorship of the proletariat will require confiscation of property. All of this will be accomplished through the guidance and governance of the Marxist party.
